There is a local character I have known for many years. He is a genius, problem is, he is so irritable and opinionated, it destroyed his ability to co exist with the world. He has lived as a recluse for his entire life in a pretty trashed out trailer/house with his cats. He runs an extensive and entertaining website popeye-x.com. He recently has published his works available for listening and down loads. I for sometime would go over and record with the Dr., untill his darkness clouded our ability to be productive together. None the less, I have always been an admirer of the man. I played guitar on many works @ one point, but the first on this list is "crackbaby", which I played several electric tracks on, and he has given me a credet for it.

real shame bout the attitude.

Did you listen to crackbaby? I thought it was a bitchin tune. The guitar sounds really heavy. It was recorded in 2000, there abouts.

That is a very, very weird website... kinda funny though. I listened to a part of crackbaby, also a weird song, but actually I expected it to be. The guitar sounds great though!
