how do you let different instruments play together on that program? i want to let a drum play together with the first guitar, later add a second guitar and a bass. how do you do it in guitarpro 5? btw: wich one of all those instruments is just the thing we know as a drum?

Open the track menu at the top (next to 'file' and 'edit') and use add track. Here you can choose "instrument" or "percussion", where you pick percussion for a drum track.
Then you get a nice little overview to see which number corresponds to which drum (like, 36 for a bassdrum and 38 for a snaredrum)
