Not at all.
I'm strictly a local Union "hack."
Played lotsa jobs, but just as a utility guitar player. Nothin' fancy.
Did some local "Demo" studio work too, but nothing you'll ever hear unless you buy a certain Foot Massage cassette tape from one of the local nurses. I think her name was "Dixie."
Perhaps I AM famous in the world of Podiatry!
My "Road Trips" have been weekends out of town, but still in the general region (within 500 miles).
I have also been located in other towns, or played the odd gig in Kansas City, etc. but that's not what a "touring musician" is.
I'm a "never-was" with a two year Music degree from the local Junior College.
Around here, "real" musicians have day jobs! |
