crossfader on a guitar??

has anyone/does anyone know how to install a crossfader onto a guitar? i want to do it to mine, but dont know where to start.

And what exactly do you want to do with that crossfader?
Not fade between two guitars, I guess...

well only one side would be hooked up, the other wouldnt be so it would just be silence.

Ahhh, you mean a volume or tone pot (potmeter).

Well, actually, I have to replace mine too, which i'm going to do soon, but untill then i'm not sure Wink Never changed a pot in a guitar before

lol nah i actually mean a crossfader like from a mixer. im trying to customize my guitar...not really workin out though. oh well
