I guess the message is, it starts with a manmade technological acheivenment, then the monkey peeing in his own mouth, I beleive in evolution, so monkey is sort of humbling. Monkey is not far from Bush, so that fits. Bush is not not far from Charles Manson, so that fits. The song reflects the madness of the situation, as well as stuff blowin up, and so forth. Dunno, kinda make sense to me.
