hi there,
It has been said many times... we have had a serious problem with spambots registering for the forum. This caused a lot of inactive users with sometimes explicit usernames or links next to their usernames.
This is a site that was meant for guitar players of all ages, therefore we cannot allow such practises to take place here.
We have good reason to believe that this problem has been solved and therefore we have started an effort to clean up our memberlist.
In a first phase of this process 35 users have been deleted from the server. More users will follow...
Please note that we will not be deleting users that have already posted a message

Hello: Pierre has given me the honor of monitoring this website, as he and Matt are quite busy, and cannot spend the time neccissary to regulate the large amount of spam sites posted here. If I understand correctly, I will be able to delete registered members that have not posted, and are obviously spamming the site. Also, future members must be approved. I am waiting for approval, and trying to figure out the system to do so. Hopefully, soon this will be a clean board again, and we can discuss guitar issues as we have in the past. Please post, I do have quite a bit of material that I am willing to post, for your education, and I would like to see your material also.
