I've only been learning for a short time and I'm looking to buy an electric guitar. I've seen a few online and would like your opinions...(my budget is small!)
Vintage V100
Vintage VRS100
Washburn WI14
...other suggestions welcome! |

If you have a friend or better a guitar teacher
who plays guitar for some years he could perhaps
help you to find a suitable used instrument.
Another advice. I know from own experience
that upgrading a guitar with better bridge
and pickups often also costs a lot of goaway.
So ... better buy a guitar which has a sound that
"inspires" you. Don't buy one where you know
directly "this one needs to be modded".
Since ... you never know if the modification alone
makes the instrument any better ...
And .. if you want to re-sell a modded instrument looses
usually worth ...
If you can wait a little, save some more goaway ... and
get something that fits your needs for some more years ...
And ... good sound really inspires ...
Don't buy too early in kind of a pre-Xmas panic reaction ... _________________ A goaway society is one where it is safe to be unpopular |
